Autumn in Italy is a season of truffles. Thousands of gourmets from all over the world gather on the Piedmont hills to taste the most expensive and well-known Italian mushroom, visit vineyards and castles belonging to famous dynasties, enjoy wines, and personally take part in truffle hunting.
In November 2018, the Elbatross Events team organized a unique three-day tour for clients. Culinary workshops, personally prepared Italian dishes, gourmet delights of Michelin-starred restaurants, wine tasting in Castello di Verduno and Marchese di Barolo. And of course the hunt for white truffle has become the highlight of our program!
